what's in my bag?

hello everyone,
today I wanna review, what I carry around with me every day!

At first:
My bag itself. Most of the time, I use a Longchamp "Le Pliage" in M, it's dark red and it has SO much space! I can take all my stuff for university in it and it still really comfy to wear.

My pencil case:
Okay, so, instead of a proper pencil case, I use this dark blue Biotherm-bag, which normally carries small examples of peelings, toners etc. But now, I am carrying my highlighters, my pens, and everything around with me. My favorite item is the MAC tinted lip conditioner in 'Fuchsia Fix'. I use it all the time and I think, that it gives my lips a very nice glow.

All that other stuff: 

SInce I am not carrying my make-up-bag with me anymore because I spend only about 4 hours in the university. Nevertheless, I do always carry some important things around: 

- tissues 

- deodorant

- my tangle teaser (Okay, it's from Primark, but it works!)

- painkillers (for headache and migrane )

- Grippostadt (it's like Lemsip actually)

- my sunglasses ( I always carry them around, even though the sun is not shining...)

- my iPad + iPhone (not on the photo...)

- earphones (I would die without them, I am always listening to music...)

- my new hat with lovely sequins 

- keys 

- some tech stuff (USB stick and iPad gadgets)

- wallet (Mango, about 20 Euro, but it's already about 2 yrs old so I need to replace it... ) 

I hope you like this kind of posts, I think I will update my bag every few months ;) 

Sorry for the bad quality, but I had to take the pictures with my iPhone because I was not able to find my camera (AAAARGHH! I am soooo mad!) The photos were edited with Tadaa, thats why they look so yellow - ish, but they were looking even worse before.

today I wanna confess something.

I. Am. A. Whovian.
I love Doctor Who! I do not only watch it, I own the DVDs, I have a doctor who mug, a calendar, an action figure and I quote it all the time. That's horrible and childish and weird, but well, that's me!

My favourite meme of all times is THIS one.

This blog post was completely unnecessary but I'm writing on a longer post for tomorrow so I thought I might just spend some time confessing this.

A short review: James Bond SKYFALL

Today, I wanna talk about the newest James Bond movie, SKYFALL.

I just came back from the cinema and I am absolutely amazed. Since I am not the biggest James-Bond-fan and I only watched a few movies (Die Another Day, Goldfinger, The World Is Not Enough, Casino Royal and A Quantum Solace, I think...) I thought, I might give it at least a go.
And well... The story was awesome, it was (without giving any spoilers) heartbreaking, horrible, terrific, scary, sad, thrilling, it was simply exhausting. It was fun to see it and very enjoying. This wasn't just because of the already mentioned story, but also because of the really colorful and extraordinary cinematography and everything. As you might guess, I am almost speechless...

Daniel Craig is the perfect Bond (at least for me) and he is so damn good-looking.

If you need another conviction:

All in all,  I recommend this movie to everyone, who likes a bit action and entertainment, who likes to see awesome shots of London City and who likes men in suits. Well, and of course it is a movie for every Bond-fan, that goes without saying.

current obsessions

Today, I wanna talk about my latest and current obsessions.


fashion: 

Primark studded boots:
I bought them about a week ago and I absolutely adore them. They are so comfy, really stylish and absolutely perfect for the upcoming autumn and winter.
They were a bit more than 20 Euros, I guess.

cosmetics: 

MAC Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15 in "NW 15", 20,50 pounds / 28 Euros

A few weeks ago, I needed to buy a new make-up and I decided to go for something a bit more expensive and valuable. In the MAC-Store, one of the nice ladies helped me picking up the right nuance, so it is NW15 now. It looked awesome in the store but when I tried it at home, I was disappointed, it looked so different and seemed to be the completely wrong colour. So I left it in my make-up storage and didn't touch it for a couple of weeks. But I found it again and now, I guess, it fits perfectly... I am in love! I use it whenever I need a bit more coverage and since it is oil-free, it is really light and you can even wear it in like summer or warmer days. I would recommend it to everyone who needs that extra bit of coverage and long lasting texture.

NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in "Never Say Never", 17,50 pounds / 25 Euros

This awesome piece of make-up-art is already a bit older - I bought it in London in June with one of my dear friends, Michele. I detest the name, it reminds me MORE than slightly of Justin Biebers song and as you might guess, I am not a big fan... 

Let's come back to the Lip Pencil - it is astonishing. I'd describe the colour as a darker pink but since it is matte, it looks very different from other dark pink tones. 

As much as I love this lip pencil, I hate wearing it on a day to day basis. It looks very good and it fades very, very slowly but it is annoyingly drying and it kind of slips in every wrinkle.

Two Door Cinema Club, Something Good Can Work (The Twelves Remix) 
I have to confess: I hate remixes. At least, normally. But when I heard this remix of one of my favourite songs of all times for the first time, I completely changed my mind. It's one of the most played songs in my iTunes list and I never get bored by it, it brightens up my days :)

Taylor Swift, We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together
Surprisingly, this song is so catchy and addicting... Gosh! I heard it for the first time on the weekend and since then, I can't stop! It's very funny even though it lacks of depth and anything. It sounds a lot like the old Disney-songs, happy and bright and everything, but I like it...

Lastly:

Everything, and I mean it, everything by AVbyte!
These guys are amazing! They're making musicals every week about everything, from 50 Shades Of Grey to The Walking Dad to Tumblr and Doctor Who (their latest and MY very favorite one) and these videos are really, really, really amazingly well done. Words can hardly express my fascination.

my student life

hello,
today, I wanna tell you about my university and my course of studies.
Currently, I am studying Comparative and European Law and I already love it. It's a specialized bachelor degree course by the Hanse Law School, which is a cooperation between the universities of Bremen, Oldenburg (both in Germany) and Groningen (Netherlands).
My major topics are law in general (especially German law), an English and a Dutch course, an insight into European law systems and all this stuff.
We are 35 people in the whole course of studies, which is really uncommon, normally they're about 60-200 people per course...
